2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency at checkout.

Prices may be changed at any time without notice.

Obvious pricing errors may be corrected even after an order has been placed.

VAT is included in all prices. There are no hidden costs.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

• Product availability
• Payment issues
• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect pricing
• Technical errors

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers.

We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), which represent some of the most advanced encryption technologies currently available.

The security of payment data during online purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa a.d. Beograd. Therefore, the entire payment process takes place on the bank’s secure pages.

At no point are payment card details accessible to our system.

Conversion statement in case of other currency

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

All payments will be made in Serbian currency – dinars (RSD). The amount for which your credit card will be charged is obtained by converting the price in euros into Serbian dinars according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted to your local currency at the credit card association’s exchange rate. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference compared to the original price listed on our website.

 

7. Shipping

We currently ship throughout Serbia using D Express Courier Service.

Shipping Fee is 390 RSD per order.

Orders are processed during regular business days, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Estimated delivery within Serbia:

1–3 business days

 

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In their original packaging
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If a purchase was paid for by payment card, any partial or full refund, regardless of the reason, will be issued exclusively to the card account used for the original payment, by reversing the original transaction. TheWaxx will request that Banca Intesa process the refund through the applicable Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express or DinaCard payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Product images
• Graphics

• Text
• Icons
• Designs

is the property of TheWaxx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
